We’ve identified why the main website (trysako.com) was returning errors (502) for some visitors.
The landing-page service was restarting repeatedly. Each time it came up it stayed healthy for a few minutes, then stopped responding, which led to 502 errors when visitors (including those from our recent email campaign) tried to open the site.
We’re applying the fix and monitoring the service. We expect the website to be fully stable within the next 10–15 minutes.
